How to add notes on a call using cloud phone?

Call notes help to record information about the customer, the call, and any action items that need to be taken. Call notes can also be used to provide a historical record of calls, which can be helpful for identifying trends and providing better customer service. To access call notes directly from cloud phone, follow the steps below.

1. Go to call history section of cloud phone and click on note icon in the right of a particular call in which you want to draft a note.

2. Write down your note and click on "Add Note"

3. Your note will be saved with the particular conversation. You can even add more notes on same conversation as per your convenience.

You can also edit or delete notes by Simply clicking on the edit or delete icon on the right side of the note.
